I am a bass player, 20+ years exp, got the gear and the experience. Just putting this out there to see if anyone would want to do this.
The idea is to do open mic nights, or possibly do random shows, but every show would be to just to show up and play, improvise everything. I am not looking to make a masterpiece on the spot, the songs dont need to be super complex. I am looking to play simple jams and just have fun with getting out and jamming, even if we stick on a certain key or maybe simple blues riffs etc. I am a solid bass player, not a pro by any means, but I can hold my own. I am looking for other players who are very solid and know their instrument. I am thinking there should be the usual 3, bass, guitar and drums. I would love to have a keyboard player or someone who can do keys and/or sampling/dj stuff. I am from the northside, 43. Hit me up if you are interested!
