Very good condition. Everything seems to work as it should - tested with a synth and a guitar. Can be used with four inputs at the same time.

From what I can tell from the serial number, it appears to have been manufactured in May 1995.

Comes with original box. Unit is heavy.

Pots, switches, slides, and jacks all cleaned with DeoxIT.
