Very clean and low mileage GS with factory low suspension. Curiously, BMW designated these as 650's but they were actually the same displacement as the F800GS, just detuned from 80 to 70 hp. This twin-cylinder still produces lots of pep but is arguably smoother/easier to control than the F800. Cycle runs and rides as new and is accurately represented by the photos. Comes with standard height Seat Concepts gel seat installed and the factory low seat in a box. Although this cycle has Bark Busters, GIVI protection bars and a GIVI full coverage aluminum skid plate it has never seen anything rougher than a graded gravel road. Cycle comes with a MadStad adjustable windshield and side wings installed with the good factory shield in a box. Cycle has a center stand, factory heated grips and BMW Vario (expanding) side cases. The right-side case lid is scratched but this is unnoticeable from only a few feet away. The GIVI 47-liter topcase holds two full-face helmets. The top-quality Metzler street tires have plenty of miles left. The only known defect is that a tire pressure sensor will need replaced when that tire is changed - replacements are about $25; in the meantime, just ignore the little light. Cycle also comes with the owner's manual, shop manual, air filter, oil filter, and a set of brake pads.
Obviously, the factory low suspension is ideal for those who need it. BMW chose not to modify the forks on these low models, only the rear shock length. Therefore, should you desire, switching to a standard, or even rally-length rear shock would raise both ground clearance and seat height. Standard seat height: 32.3" Low suspension with standard seat: 31.3" Low suspension with low seat: 30.1".
