I have approx. 1,500 sq ft of brand new sealed boxes of first quality Fusion /Core tec water proof luxury vinyl flooring. This product is a click locking floating floor that requires NO glue, or nails to install. It clicks and locks together very easily. I am asking $3.50 sq ft /$98.00 per full carton.I will entertain reasonable offers (not half of what i am asking lol:) This retails for $7.75 sq ft. The product is made by CORETEC , the style name is Core tec plus tile vv589 and the color is called 19121 Lasting stone, it is a light-medium standard gray color, and it lends itself to a very trendy modern stained concrete style. Tile size is 12" x 24", has a pre attached rubber cushion, is 5mm thick with a 20 mil commercial quality protective wear layer. Each carton has 28.04 sq ft. This can be used residential or commercially. The pics in the ad are with and without flash, it is all the same product. This is definitely NOT your local big box store quality crap.
