I have two skylights that were located very high and work with motors. The motors failed so I had to remove them. They can be used as fixed skylights or I think you can still get hardware to manually crank open or replace motors either way they are nice quality wood Anderson skylights . I have some of the flashing kits usable or bend new one yourself very easy. Rough opening is 21.5x45. These are not cheap plastic bubble skylights. $100 each Thanks
