James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim boards.
52 pcs of 7.25"x12' (6" exposure) HZ5 siding. Approximately 312 square feet of cover. Retail price per piece $14.18 each.
19 pcs of 5/4"x5.5"x12' (1" thick) trim boards. Perfect for corner boards and around windows.
Retail price per piece $33.05 each.
They are all prefinished from the factory but are not all the same color. However this does make painting way easier than the primed version they sell. These are all brand new with the factory protective plastic on them. They are left over from a couple of recent projects. There are also a few 5/4x4x12 and a few miscellaneous pieces that go with the lot.
