Thickness: A full 3/4 inch solid hickory hardwood plank. This is not engineered, not a veneer, not luxury vinyl pretending to be wood. This is solid hardwood all the way through with the "Charmed" color in a brushed, low gloss surface texture.
Builder grade comes with natural color variation, mineral streaks, and character marks that give the floor an authentic, lived-in look straight out of the box. If you want a floor that looks like real wood and not like a plastic showroom sample, this is it.
Prefinished: The stain and topcoat are factory applied, so there is no sanding dust, no polyurethane fumes, and no waiting days for coats to dry. Nail it down and you are done.
Made in the U.S.A. Not imported from overseas with questionable emission standards or quality control. American made, American hardwood.
