We're looking for an experienced carpenter/framer for ongoing residential and light commercial construction work. Most of our properties are east of Pittsburgh for instance - East Pittsburgh, Turtle Creek, Brackenridge, Vandergrift, and Monessen.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of framing/carpentry experience
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Must supply your own hand tools and standard power tools (nail gun, saws, levels, etc.)
Comfortable with rough framing, subfloor installation, blocking, and general carpentry tasks
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
