**Position Overview:**
As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities will include moving furniture, loading and unloading trucks, and engaging in general moving labor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage and are placed correctly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring the safety and integrity of items.
- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.
- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to maintain rental-readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Tag, store, and relocate items while conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
- Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.
- Complete daily warm-ups to prepare for work.
**Physical Requirements:**
This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be prepared for a physically demanding work environment.
**Schedule and Availability:**
This is an on-call position with flexible hours ranging from 10-40+ hours per week. Full-time and gig work opportunities are available, and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
