Bathroom size:
Approximately 4' × 10' with a small 3' × 4' area at the entrance (L-shaped room).
What's already done:
Old flooring has been removed down to the subfloor.
I will remove the toilet and pedestal sink before you arrive.
I will purchase all materials—you just tell me exactly what to buy.
What I'm looking for:
There's one slope up" at the door. I was thinking of popping off a small section of subfloor and pouring a little underlayment to level that to rest of floor, that's the only sticking point that seems manageable. I'll need some advice on that. The rest of floor is good, no rot, no loose boards.
Install the proper underlayment if needed.
Install floor tile correctly so the finished floor is solid, flat, and long-lasting.
Have tile cutter and tools necessary for this job.
I'm offering $300 labor for the installation.
I'd like to get this completed as soon as possible.
