Person will need to use angle grinder to get concrete floor and wall down to bare surfaces at joint between floor and wall about 1 inch up from floor and out from wall. Then surfaces need to be vacuumed clean and a product called Fast Plug applied according to manufacturer's recommendations. I have 30lbs of Fast Plug. You will need to use an angle grinder, shop vac, putty knives. Please call 412-373-2419. I need to get this done ASAP.
