I'm an old lady on a tight budget. I have to sell the home. I cannot pay more, sorry. I'm in a tight spot. Maybe for some of the advanced work, where there is no choice.
I have a small outdoor project that needs to be completed asap. The painting is the most important part. It's a 2 story house on a hillside. The paint is latex down to 35 degrees but it might already be too cold. idk
Priority Project Details:
- The back and sides of the 3 columns on the front of the house, where needed.
- Window trim, door and door, trim.
- Do touch-ups and spot painting in a few other exterior areas.
- Grass cut and weedwhacked on hillside
- Leaves raked after final fall.
Other possible cement work:
- Fill and paint some cracks on the concrete steps (neat, straight lines required).
- Add a small wood section under the front walkway next to the steps.
Other possible wood work:
- Extend the lattice on the right side of the steps by about 2 feet (match existing design).
- Likely requires adding 1 support post for the new lattice section.
Other possible carpet work:
- The steps in the hallway
- a bedroom flip at the beginning of January
This work is straightforward for someone experienced with outdoor painting, small wood repairs, and working on concrete.
Pay: $17/hour (tight budget — selling the home soon and just need clean, solid work).
Payment Options: PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Photos: Take photos of the completed work.
Timing: Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
