I’m looking for a skilled mechanic or transmission/electrical specialist to help diagnose and fix an ongoing issue with my 2020 RAM ProMaster 3500.

Year: 2020
Make/Model: RAM ProMaster 3500
VIN: 3C6URVJGXLE134226

Problem Description:
Van revs up to ~60 MPH
Does not shift out of first gear it seems
Appears to be stuck in first gear

History:
Vehicle previously had transmission-related issues
Taken to Diehl of Robinson (RAM dealership)
Dealer advised the issue may not be the transmission itself, but possibly a communication or control issue (computer not sending/receiving shift commands)

Transmission has just been replaced, but the problem persists, mechanic is not sure what he's doing wrong.

At this point, I’m looking for someone who:
Is strong in advanced diagnostics
Has experience with RAM ProMasters, TCM/PCM communication, wiring, sensors, or CAN bus issues
Is willing to troubleshoot beyond basic part replacement
