Responsibilities
* Perform property turnover tasks to prepare units for new tenants or sale
* Install and replace interior doors, locks, and hardware
* Basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
* Basic plumbing (faucets, vanities, toilets, minor leak repairs)
* Interior painting (walls, trim, touch-ups)
* Carpentry work (trim, baseboards, minor framing, repairs)
* Drywall patching and finishing
* General repairs and punch list completion
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Communicate progress and report issues promptly

* Proven experience in handyman work or property maintenance
