Extra Hands Needed: Help Me Finish Home Projects Inside and Outside

I am a "decently-skilled" homeowner looking for a reliable extra set of hands to help me knock out a bunch of pending indoor and outdoor projects over the next 2–3 weeks.
Not looking for a contractor—When I have time, and when needed, I will be working alongside you for the projects. I just need a capable helper to speed things up. This is a great temporary side-income for someone looking for 6–8 hours a day with flexibility.
What we will be doing:
Outdoor: Moving/raking mulch, leveling a small dirt area to reset a brick border, and helping lay some pavers.
Indoor: Tearing up a tiny 4' bathroom tile floor, putting down vinyl flooring, replacing a bathroom sink/toilet, and painting a ceiling.
General: Basic lifting, moving materials, and organizing.
Requirements:
Reliable, and respectful of my home.
Physically able to handle light lifting, digging, and small demo work.
Preference given if you have a truck/SUV to help pick up supplies in a pinch.
Compensation: $18 - $20 / hour (Paid weekly or daily via Cash/Venmo).
