We are looking for an experienced framer to start Monday or Tuesday. Materials are on site and we need help this week.

Scope of Work:
Framing interior walls
Anchoring bottom plates to concrete (Tapcons)
Framing window openings
Installing windows
Working with 2x4s, plates, headers

YOU MUST
Have real framing experience (walls, sheds, garages, additions)
Be comfortable fastening plates to concrete
Work independently at a steady pace

Have your own tools, including:
Nail gun
Drill / impact
Batteries & charger
Basic framing tools
Be available immediately
If you do not have framing experience, this will not be a good fit.

Details:
Start: Monday or Tuesday
Paid via direct deposit
Short-term 1099 work with potential for additional work over the next month
Fast-paced job so experience and efficiency matter. We’re organized, materials are on site, and we respect skilled trades.
