This is hands-on contract work supporting interior build-outs and improvements. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, measure accurately, and complete framing tasks with minimal supervision.
Independent contractor (1099)
$30 per hour

Scope of Work
Framing interior walls
Light carpentry and general build-out work
Using RAM set / powder-actuated tools
Reading a tape measure accurately
Cutting, placing, and securing framing materials
Installing insulation (preferred, not required)
Assisting with layout and preparation as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements
Proven experience in framing and carpentry
Ability to read and measure accurately
Comfortable working at a fast, efficient pace
Familiarity with RAM set / powder-actuated tools
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
Reliable transportation to job site
Ability to work independently as a contractor
