We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professional or small cleaning team to maintain the common areas of a 20-unit apartment building located in Monessen. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with someone who takes pride in their work and ensures our residents have a clean, welcoming environment.
The primary focus is on the interior common areas, including:
Hallways & Entryways: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Surfaces:Dusting baseboards, windowsills, and mailboxes.
Glass:Cleaning entry door glass and any common area mirrors, windows
Turnover:Occasional light cleaning of vacant units (optional/as needed).
Exterior: Occasional light debris pickup or sweeping of the immediate perimeter/entry steps.
Schedule & Compensation
Frequency: We are open to either **Bi-Weekly** or **Monthly** visits (please specify your preference/availability).

Requirements
* Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
* Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
* Must be reliable and punctual, with your own transportation
* References from previous cleaning jobs are a plus.
