I need a handyman that can finish a gutter job someone else started then never showed back up to finish. Located in the McCandless/ingomar area.
Basically I needed someone to repair a fascia and gutter and they got the job 80% complete then went mia and haven't got back to me in months.
What needs finished is:
Hanging a section of 12 ft gutter
Running the downspout from that gutter to the lower gutter
A section of roof above this needs a board or two placed, a bit of underlayment and a few shingles
And the part of gutter thats still hung needs cleaned out
Fascia needs covered
Couple pieces of soffit need hung
It's above an extension so there's roof to stand on. Almost all the parts are on the extensions roof already and I just need someone to place them. Probably about an hour or two of work. Only thing that maybe missing to my knowledge is part of fascia cover.
I'm not looking for any upsells or gutter guards or anything, I just need someone to finish this. If you have other skills, I have a lot of other work that needs done along with my elderly neighbor so this can be a long term gig. I need this done ASAP, today if possible would be fantastic. Best price and soonest gets it. Also be insured please.
