Responsibilities
• Build and install wood and vinyl decks
• Framing, joist layout, and structural assembly
• Install railings, stairs, and decking systems
• Read and follow construction plans
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements
• 1+ years carpentry or deck building experience preferred for carpenter.
• Ability to use standard construction tools
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
