Job Title: General Maintenance & Laborer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on general maintenance/laborer to assist with the upkeep and repair of our properties in and around the Pittsburgh area. If you are a jack-of-all-trades who likes to stay busy and values a local, consistent workload, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• General building upkeep (drywall patching, light painting, and carpentry).
• Basic plumbing and electrical fixes (changing fixtures, clearing clogged drains, replacing switches).
• General labor, including moving materials, site cleanup, and basic [groundskeeping].
• Operating power tools and standard maintenance equipment safely.
• Trash removal and basic snow removal during the winter months.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in basic trades (plumbing, carpentry, or electrical).
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, on-your-feet labor.
• Valid Driver’s License (reliable transportation to Lawrenceville required).
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
