We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and engaging full-time nanny to join our family beginning in August 2026.
Our family includes three fun, curious kids: a 4½-year-old son and 2½-year-old twin daughters. They love learning, exploring, reading, being outdoors, and visiting local favorites like the Natural History Museum, the National Aviary, and the Carnegie Science Center. Experience caring for multiples is a plus but not required.
Schedule
* Monday–Friday
* Approximately 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Full-time, year-round
* We’re hoping to find someone interested in a long-term, multi-year position.
Responsibilities
* Providing attentive, engaging care for our three children
* Driving children to and from preschool and activities (beginning in the fall)
* Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, crafts, and outdoor play
* Preparing children’s meals and snacks and cleaning up afterward
* Keeping children’s play areas organized (with their help!)
* Children’s laundry
* Supporting potty training and encouraging independence through daily routines
Our ideal nanny enjoys getting out of the house with kids, can confidently manage three young children, and balances structure with creativity.
About Our Family
My husband and I both work primarily from our home offices upstairs. My husband does go downtown a few days of the week for work and is out of the house for other projects occasionally. The children are very accustomed to this arrangement, and we value giving our nanny the space and autonomy to lead their day.

Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Background checks and required clearances
* CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Three professional childcare references
Compensation & Benefits
* $25-30/hour, based on experience
