Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends

Shifts Available:

6 pm to 4 am

6am to 4pm

Starting Pay: $16 per hour

Our Warehouse Forklift Operor position performs the following duties within designed work areas, as assigned the beginning of each shift: 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Opere forklift or other hand truck
• Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
• Move goods packed on pallets or in cres around the storage facility
• Stack goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Ensuring loads are secure
• Stack empty pallets
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s btery and lubricing equipment
• Remove machine tachments and waste merial from machines
• Pick up cardboard, plastics and other items or debris; load and remove to stacking area or debris bin(s) or other designed locion
• Provide support to the janitorial crew when needed which may include the following:
• Clean building floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gher and empty trash

Qualificion requirements:

• 1 year experience as forklift operor
• General janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opering and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where ste required)
• Valid certificion to opere forklifts and must be able sisfactorily pass company PIT (Performance Industrial Trucks) Training
• KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accure recording of employee work hours, tendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-reled informion. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-reled tasks.
