Preferred Cleaning Systems is hiring several team members. Cleaning duties include general cleaning of post construction homes. Window cleaning, power washing, ladder use a plus. Cleaning duties include windows, wipe cabinets, doors, vents, baseboards, floors etc. Vacuum carpet, clean hardwood, vac out utility rooms, sweep. We are a post construction cleaning company, cleaning homes/luxury apartments BEFORE the customer move in. A few of our customers include Ryan Homes, Traditions of America, Charter Homes, Aim Construction, AR Building Co. ,Aims construction, Landau construction, etc., Our crews work Monday through Friday (daylight). PCS DOES NOT work weekends, holidays, or evenings. You do not need a license. We leave Harmar area around 6 am. We drive together in company van. Paid lunch and drive time between jobs.
