We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing/Siding Foreman to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview
The Roofing/Siding Foreman oversees residential roofing and siding installations, ensuring all projects meet company quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs and service calls as needed
Oversee roofing and siding installation projects from start to finish
Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety
Lead and support installation crews to maintain efficient workflow and timely project completion
Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality control
Communicate with customers throughout the installation process to address questions or concerns
Maintain accurate documentation, including job reports, project updates, and inventory tracking
Retrieve and return excess materials to suppliers and company warehouse
Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed
Safely lift and carry materials exceeding 75 lbs
Qualifications
Proven experience performing minor repairs and service calls
Experience overseeing roofing and/or siding installation crews
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must have own truck (mileage reimbursement provided)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
