Exterior repairs (wood, siding, stucco)
Comfortable working at heights/on ladders
Compensation:
Starting pay: Based on experience and skill level

Position Requirements:
Applicants should also meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Strong ability to read and follow detailed work orders
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
(Leadership or crew management experience is a plus and may lead to additional advancement opportunities.)
