I am an insured, sole proprietor who offers basic and deep cleaning services. I clean homes, small offices and vacation rentals. My fee is 35$ per hour for basic cleaning and 55$ per hour for deep cleaning.
A basic cleaning includes dusting, wiping and/or disinfecting of all surfaces. Cleaning the outside of appliances, cupboards, cabinet doors. Polishing fixtures. Mopping and/or vacuuming flooring. Dusting blinds and reachable light fixtures.
Removing trash from small bins.

A deep cleaning includes everything above plus baseboards and window ledges.

Add ons: Inside of Refrigerator and/or oven are 50$ each.
