We travel all over Allegheny & Westmoreland Counties
No Job too Big - We always go above & beyond for our clients.
All Residential Cleanings Will Include:
Every room gets a general dusting, baseboards sprayed & wiped, trash emptied along with - All reachable windows & ceiling fans cleaned. Any wood will get polished with orange pledge wood oil.
Kitchen & Dining Room:
All outer surfaces are washed & wiped down
Countertops disinfected & wiped
Appliances - outer surfaces wiped
Tables & Chairs cleaned
Sinks cleaned
Microwave cleaned inside & out
Cabinet fronts wiped with a damp cloth (if wood, wiped then polished)
Fingerprints removed from woodwork & switchplates
Floors swept & washed/ carpet vacuumed
Bathrooms:
The entire bathroom is cleaned, sanitized, & deodorized
All fixtures cleaned
Bathtubs & Showers cleaned
Mirrors & Chrome Fixtures cleaned & polished
Floors swept & washed/ carpet vacuumed
Bedrooms:
All flat surfaces dusted & wiped
Mirrors polished
Window sills wiped
Fingerprints removed from woodwork & switchplates
Floors swept & washed/ carpet vacuumed
Living Room/ Sitting Areas:
Every living room/ sitting area gets a general dusting, baseboards sprayed & wiped, trash emptied along with - All reachable windows & ceiling fans cleaned.
All Residential Cleanings start at $200 for up to 4 hours
If under 3000 sq ft $200
If 3000 sq ft/ & or + $225
If 3300 sq ft/ & or + $250
If 3600 sq ft/ & or + $275
If 3900 sq ft/ & or + $300
If over 4000 sq ft please reach out for pricing TIA
Any cleanings that run over 4 hours will be $35/ each additional hour.
* if over a 40 minute drive = $20 gas/ travel fee

Blinds Cleaned $10/ blind (we only lightly dust over the thin metal blinds)

All bedding will be washed & beds will be made up. ( if there is a washer & dryer on site )
All bath towels & washed rags along with kitchen towels & rags will be washed & folded. ( if there is a washer & dryer on site )

We use Mr Clean, Bleach, Murphy Oil Soap, Pledge Orange Wood Oil, Orange Glo, Windex, Vinegar, Magic Erasers, Dawn Dish Soap, Lysol Disinfectant Spray, Oven Cleaner, Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser, Comet w/ Bleach, Pledge Multi Surface Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner w/ Bleach, Furniture Fabric Spray, Purple Power, etc - if there’s something you cannot handle please let us know in advance.
