Used for one summer, in good condition. I moved to an apartment with central air and don't need it anymore. Originally purchased for $450 in spring 2024. Includes remote control and original user manual.

Several extra parts included, including framing for window and small metal shelf to support A/C. See pictures for all included parts.

Pick up in Wilkinsburg, or I will deliver within Allegheny county for extra $25. You MUST have 2 people to lift the A/C, I cannot help with lifting. The A/C is very heavy, ~75lbs.
