This is a Picture that you can hang on the wall and plug in. You can also set it on a desk if you choose. Once plugged in it shines, moves (flowing water fall), and makes outdoor sounds (can be muted). It has a mirror finish around the main picture. I should add that the picture is still visible when not plugged in. When it is plugged in, it brightens and shines. The pictures don't do it justice. It's in very good, like new condition.
