Looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom house in or around the Brownsville area. Will consider surrounding areas. Would prefer something with a decent sized yard. Approximately $1000 per month. Please don't message me about houses with an application fee before I can even view the house. I don't mind paying an application fee, background check or any of that. However, I am not paying a nonrefundable application fee for a place I can't even view. If I view a place and decide that I don't want it, I'm losing money with application fees. I would rather give that money to someone for rent and security. If there is a pet fee, that is fine, but please let me know up front and how much it is. Thank you.
