I Need a Small Apartment JUST FOR ME (NO ROOMMATES)

I can't afford a house so don't offer! I don't want shared housing or a roommate so don't offer! I will not live with someone else! Also, I do not need a furnished place!
I need a small apartment for just myself- no one else with me & no pets. I've been trying to find a good landlord who isn't grossly overcharging like all the listings online. I don't want in the city of Pittsburgh- I'm not moving into any ghetto like Jeannette, Donora, Monessen, Mckeesport, Uniontown, etc. I'm open to good places in SW PA. I currently live in Westmoreland county so that would make an easy move. Monongahela would be nice too.
I don't drive anymore, so I prefer being walking distance from as much as possible, or easy access to busline. My health isn't great, my income is S.S,Disability. I can afford a max of $550 per month rent + electric. And no bum loser neighbors! The building I've lived in the last 6 years has had drunks, junkies, retards, psych cases, a couple suicides, endless noise- a totally awful place to be!
About Me:
As I said, not great health mostly from very high blood pressure. No drugs, no drinking, no criminal record, no credit but no outstanding bills. Truthfully can't stand people, prefer to be left alone. I want to be alone and not bothered by anybody!
If you think you'd find me an acceptable tenant, and have an available place to offer, send me the information including address- and pictures preferably. If you just 'Reply' with "I have a place" with no info, I WON'T RESPOND. I'll check on legitimacy before I exchange phone number- far too many scammers have already tried every trick in the book on me.
