All wood headboard, sideboards,footboard antique bed frame. First photo shows the footboard. The headboard is approximately 5 feet high, with plain oak panels topped with a carved wood foliate section.Not sure how old this bed is, but I bought it as an antique nearly 50 years ago. Headboard panels are quarter-sawn oak, honey color, in beautiful condition. Framing pieces on the headboard are solid straight-grain oak. I believe the sideboards are oak as well. Size is a twin bed, takes a standard twin mattress, about 38"x 74".
