Gorgeous, heavy, antique Jacobean Revival/English Tudor solid wood oak refectory draw-leaf dining table, with intricate heavily-carved details and turned baluster legs, from the early 20th century, about 1920.
Built-in extension leaves (draw leaf) on both sides. The leaves are easy to slide out and pop up into place. This dining table is versatile, as it can be used without the leaves pulled out, or with 1 or both leaves pulled, to suit your dining arrangements. I usually kept the leaves tucked in, except for larger gatherings. Very practical, and can withstand wear-and-tear from every day use, but is also a lovely piece for more formal dining.
Wear consistent with age; but overall in good shape. There are a few cosmetic defects on the table, which have been accounted for in the price.
66"-98"L x 40"W x 30"H (first length measurement is with leaves in, second is with leaves out)
This is a rare find—they don't make tables like this anymore.
Chairs: The 4 on the sides are part of the original set, and will require re-upholstering. The 2 chairs on the ends were added and are not included in price, but could be added for an extra $40.
Serious inquires only, please. If it's listed, it's available. Pick-up only. Will be disassembled for pick-up. Cash only.
