This is a great bargain. A new head rail system (excluding weights), even at the discount sellers, will cost appx $125 as of this listing. This $20 aluminum headrail will always look great.
This system takes a standard 3.5-inch wide vane and will accommodate vinyl or fabric, either of which can be purchased at deep discounts from JustVerticalBlinds.com (highly recommend!). You can also find untextured vanes for less on eBay or Amazon from sellers who will gladly cut them to a custom length for you at no additional cost.
Vane weights (last images) are included for creative folks who may prefer to make custom fabric vanes. The weights keep material hanging straight. The connectors keep material moving in unison. They will slide securely into a hem/pocket at the base of each vane, and remain easily removable for cleaning.
