I bought it brand new, but found its not going to work for my needs.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, being new. Its better suited for sustained heat, I need something with more immediate heat - like a Buddy, which I bought - and works fine for my needs. Time to return this heater - expired, so I can't take it back.
Here's a picture of the exact model and price I paid before tax ($62.53). The "brand" name may differ, but its the same regardless.
