I used this scooter only indoors, and when the battery needed replacement, I was able to get a new one through insurance. This is a 4 wheel, sturdy indoor/outdoor scooter -- but I have a few steps for my entry so I never took it out. Condition is good, but the black plastic or vinyl seat covering has cracks -- a cosmetic issue. I was told it needs a battery --it is listed at a low price so that hopefully someone who needs it can get it to use. Of course it has the keys and the charging cord included

I am no expert on this kind of scooter, just a user, but it is very sturdy and gave me good service when I needed it
