We are selling 2 adjoining cemetery plots located in the Jefferson Memorial Cemetery. These are located in the desirable “Garden of Ascension”, area 33, plots # 102D-3 and 102D-4. These plots have convenient access from the road and offer a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

These lots are eligible for Single Casket burial rights. With purchase of additional burial rights from Jefferson you can bury two cremation remains in each plot, or one casket and one cremation.

The memorial plaques, and optional flower vases are purchased from Jefferson Memorial Cemetery at time of burial - and they have optional packages for placing flowers there throughout the year graveside.
If you were to purchase these directly from the cemetery these would cost $4,525 for the pair. We are asking $1,200 firm. Cash or certified check only upon deed transfer. Transaction would be facilitated by Jefferson Memorial Park. AT time of this posting -- Buyer pays one time charge of $372 in fees directly to Jefferson Memorial upon transfer.
