I have available, 3 burial plots at South Side Cemetery. Plots are together in row - section O, lot 13, range 11, graves 3, 4, 5. NOTE: These plots can have two cremations per plot with possibly double deep.
I am asking $2,400 per plot (or all 3 for $7,000 total). More information available upon request. Deed in hand. Transfer fee paid by buyer.
Selling price by cemetery is over $5,000 (per plot) but asking $2,400 each plot or $7,000 for all 3.
