One custom processed hog available at $2.25/lb. Estimated hanging weight of roughly 200 lbs. which will yield approximately 145 pounds of ground pork, shoulder roasts, loins, hams, etc. You choose your custom cuts from Wright's Meats and pay them for the processing based on what you choose. Basic processing cost starts at $0.50 per pound and goes up depending on what you choose.
Only one whole hog available. Can also do two halves if you don't want to buy the whole thing- message me with questions or to claim this one! Processing will be at the end of July and pork will be available in the beginning of August.
