I have a set - 2 - of swinging scaffold hooks. The metal hook itself 5/8" thick x 2" wide with a 3 1/2" metal loop on 1 end and a 1 1/4" diameter hole on the other end. The inside diameter is roughly 19" wide x 17" high.

They are basically the same - height wise, width wise, and length.
