Neolamprologus multifasciatus. I have a couple of dozen Multies for sale. My tanks are clean, (weekly water changes).
These shell dwellers are fun to watch as they constantly move the sand around and can be mixed with other peaceful Tanganyika Ciclids (Julies, Cyprichromis etc.).

Local pickup, no exorbitant shipping costs. Generally at least $19 and up at online suppliers plus shipping costs upwards of $60. Let me know if you have any questions on tank size or setup.
