Up for sale, a MINT vintage Akai GX-630D Reel to Reel Deck. This unit is absolutely beautiful and comes with the original box and manuals. Also included is an original dealer sales brochure, a brand new 10.5” metal take up reel, and NAB hub locks.

This unit powers on and appears to work, however, when i strung a tape on it, I could not get it to play. It likely needs cleaned and a new belt, or i just strung the tape wrong!

You will have a tough time finding another one in this condition! This one is definitely worth having serviced.

I will have it serviced and sell it for more if there are no takers, just figured id put it out there now as is.
