Position-1: Transportation Construction Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
>Provide daily inspection of construction work within a given discipline to ensure project compliance with plans and specifications.
>Observe field work to ensure workmanship and materials meet standards.
>Document the daily inspection report and various other reports.
Minimum Qualifications
>Minimum 1 year of PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector 1 (TCI-1) or higher and has one of the following certifications.
>PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification
>NECEPT Field Technician Certification
>NICET Level II Certification or higher in Highway Construction
Position-2: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
Key Responsibilities:
> Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and transportation-related surveys
> Support roadway and corridor projects through survey control, mapping, and construction staking
> Manage field crews and ensure accurate data collection using GPS and Total Stations
> Ensure compliance with state and federal surveying standards, including DOT requirements
> Process and analyze survey data using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
Minimum Qualifications
>Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (Pennsylvania preferred or ability to obtain)
>Minimum 5+ years of land surveying experience with transportation projects
>Strong experience with: Boundary and topographic surveys, Construction staking for roadway projects, Control surveys, and mapping
>Proficiency with survey equipment (GPS, Total Station)
>Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D / Carlson / Trimble software
>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
Position-3: CADD Designer
Key Responsibilities
> Have a sound working knowledge of MicroStation and AutoCAD software packages
>Understand engineering documentation and CAD file management processes
>Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, & diagrams of the design
> Searching the public record and historic data and abstracting information is essential to determining land titles and encumbrances, restrictions, and covenants.
Minimum Qualifications
> Associate’s degree in civil or mechanical Design/Drafting program.
>3-10 years of related experience
> PennDOT Projects Experience preferred
