Reliable House Cleaner & Helper Needed – $17/hr – Every 2 weeks+ (Marshall Shadeland, Pittsburgh, North Side)

This is a long-term, flexible position for someone local who wants consistent, easy work every two weeks.
🧹 Cleaning (every other week)
General cleaning of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, and hallways.
Occasional deep cleaning (especially before or after a move-out).
Exterior entry and small yard area checked and tidied if needed.
You’ll bring your own cleansers; basic supplies like mop, broom, and mini-vacuum are available.
Typical visit: 2–3 hours.
🏡 Extra / Occasional Tasks
Letting people in for showings or maintenance when needed.
Running small errands (posting notices, picking up supplies, etc.).
Optional: lawn care (small yard), weed control, light repairs, or painting — extra pay for this.
💰 Pay & Details
$17/hr (to start), paid via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or check.
Usually every two weeks; occasional extra hours for vacancies or projects.
Preferred flexible weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).
✅ Requirements
Live within ~15 minutes of North Side.
Have your own vehicle and phone.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and honest (no theft history).
