We’re a busy, loving family looking for a full-time nanny to join our household and help care for our two energetic, curious boys. They’re fun, kind, and full of personality. The ages are 6 and 3. Neither are special needs or have any unique allergies or accomodations.
We also share our home with one very friendly dog and a few cats, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s comfortable (and maybe even loves!) having animals around.
What We’re Looking For
Engaged and playful: You enjoy getting down on the floor to build Legos, tell stories, or explore outside.
Responsible and organized: You can juggle some basic schedules, zoo or museum visits, snack/food prep, and keep things running smoothly.
Patient and kind: You understand that kids have big feelings and sometimes sticky hands.
Pet-friendly: The dog may ask for a belly rub and the cats will want pet.
Daily Responsibilities
Caring for and engaging with the kids (activities, play, crafts, reading, outdoor time)
Basic trips (with gas reimbursement) to the park, zoo or museum.
Preparing snacks and simple meals for the children
Light tidying up after kid-related activities
Helping with routines such as basic reading or math books, reading, homework, etc.
Occasional help with the pets (letting the dog out, making sure the cats don’t plot a coup against our family)
Ideal Candidate
Has prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in early childhood care
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Brings positive energy and a sense of humor to each day
