Interested in helping researchers learn more about self-injury?
We are recruiting individuals who have engaged in self-injury in the past month to participate in a 21-day long research study called Project FADS (Factors Altering Daily Self-Injury).
What will participants be asked to do?
Volunteers will have one interview with staff at the University of Wisconsin-Madison over Zoom. Then for 21 days, you will be asked to use smartphone applications for three-weeks to answer daily questions about their experiences and complete a short, computerized task once a week.
➡️This will include downloading an app that records their screen activity on their phone.⬅️
Who can join?
We are looking for volunteers who are
Aged 18 years and older
➡️Who have engaged in self-injury in the past month
➡️Who own an Android smartphone⬅️
Have regular access to the internet.
