compensation: Varies with experience 40k-55k + Benefits and more

You will be explaining policy coverage, claim status and assisting with claim payments to our members and labor unions. This would be through phone and face to face contact.

Qualifications
-Previous customer service experience (Not required but a plus all individuals will be trained (Paid Training) before starting the position full-time)
