Guest Service Representative -- Part Time (Pittsburgh International Airport)
Pittsburgh Transportation Group is looking to fill the position of a part time Guest Service Representative. This position is located at Pittsburgh International Airport and requires a candidate that has a proven record of excellent customer service skills. The general responsibilities for this position will be to accept reservations and facilitate the departure of guests along with meeting and greeting the general public.
- Morning shift - 7am - 3pm
- Afternoon shift - 3pm - 11pm
- Overnight shift 11pm - 7am
Candidate must be flexible to work any shift!
Customer service with dispatch experience required, hospitality experience preferred (preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service field)
Good customer service skills.
Able to demonstrate good problem solving skills.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
$ 11.00/hour -- $1.00 more per hour for overnight shift ($12.00/hour)
