Need Photographer - Quick Exterior House Front Photos (Curbside Only) (Marshall Shadeland, Pittsburgh, North Side)

No interiors, no drone – front exterior only. The house has steps up the front because it’s on a bit of a hillside, so I’ll need some photos taken from the street and from the steps.
I don’t need anything overly “filtered,” but I do want accurate, vibrant colors (not the washed-out look some real estate photos have). Basic editing is fine.
Ideally, this should be done on a sunny day (or at least as bright as possible for this time of year). 😊
Better than the attached picture and without a car in the front. I need a closer pic from the street and from the steps. A few angles so that we can choose the best ones. The house was just painted so I'm trying to capture the real colors, Not like the orangish color in the image.
Hoping to keep this under $30 if possible.
